I came across this add when I Googled in "Free Dating Sights", and this is what I recieved:

100% Free Dating Site
No credit card required; email local singles for free.
www.SinglesNet.com
Since when did they become free to 'email' local singles? Some has to pay to talk.
Once you click on they "ask for your credit card number", only after you agree to take thier trial test for 7 days! And you then get charged for a month or three months membership!!!!!
So how is this done so otherwise without the "Credit card" as they say?
IT'S NOT!!!!!
I fail to see where the free is in all this, as they fail to say on thier add, there is a catch to it..

it is free if the person u e-mail is a subscribed member, if not, then ur SOL. either way, one or the other has to be a subscribed member, or else u cant e-mail.

I just completed a letter (below) to Singlesnet.com asking how this offer worked if it is requiring me to post a credit card number. I will anxiously await thier reply and post it here....
This is an add I recieved today on the Internet.
I fail to see how your site can say I am 'FREE TO EMAIL LOCALS" when it asks for my credit card number, and says that I "MUST" be a Member to be able to email anyone!!!!
A wink is NOT an email, and neither is looking at someones profile to generate a notice to them. Please tell me how this is a 100% FREE site like your add says.....
To me this is FRAUD and a SCAM!!!!
