Thank God I met my gorgeous wife in 2011. We were married in less than a year. It's now 2016 and we are together 24-7=365 days a year and cannot live without each other.

BEEN A NON PAYING MEMBER FOR COUPLE YEARS, WAS PREVIOUSLY ABLE COMMUNICATE WITH MEMBERS WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS AS LONG AS ONE OF US WAS A MEMBER, RECENTLY IF A PAYING MEMBER SENDS A MESSAGE THE MESSAGE WORDS ARE SCAMBLED AND A MESSAGE POPS UP ASKING FOR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ABLE TO READ THE MESSAGE, JUST WHEN I THOUGHT SINGLENET COULDN'T GET ANY LOWER, THEY HAVE HIT ROCK BOTTOM NOW, ATTEMPTING TO FORCE PEOPLE TO GIVE THEIR CREDIT CARD NUMBER-I READ AND WAS TOLD BY PAYING MEMBERS WHEN SINGLESNET GETS THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEY ABUSE IT AND KEEP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER THE MEMBER RESIGNS THE SITE

I am member from before the change a few months ago, whenever I log in, I can't change the parameters for a search, the parameters are preset (age and distance) and changing them is impossible, they match me up with men 30 years younger, nobody in my area, the whole situation is sad and pathetic, the company represents a thief deception, taking advantage of lonely people also scammers on there for sex, money and lord knows what else that is evil, women beware there plenty of preditors on singlesnet, it is not safe physically, emotionally or financially, don't give them your credit card number if you value your credit

I joined singlenet.com as a free member i was getting email contacts and thought i would become a paying customer. That's when things changed.

I stopped getting emails, winks, and flirts. After a week I resigned and requested a refund, which I did not get and contacting them took a 45 minute wait before talking to a live person. I resigned for many reasons. Limited search options, limited to one zip code, no return results for the limited options.

I wonder how many profiles are real. I contacted member and would receive a email.

In return I would respond and then nothing.

a few people on there that rant, rave, scream and call filthy names to everyone, have been reported numerous times by numerous people....and the people who reported them get banned? one guy even posted a thread of lies about a person he has never met....and nothing was done.....this place is a joke...full of hateful, nasty people that lie, libel, and whose language would put a longshoreman to shame.....yet NOTHING GETS DONE, EXCEPT TO BAN THE PEOPLE WHO REPORT IT......so, if you want to be abused, lied about, and accused of all sorts of hateful things, go ahead and join....say what you want....no one will care...

I have tried 3 times to send a message to have someone blocked because of very nasty language and nasty messages, but it would never go threw. I also only get messages from people across the country and they all want me to send a message to their private email account.

If you want to look at someone more than once it shows up every time, making you look like a stocker. Change it back!!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed with this sight.

I can not recommend this sight to anyone. Before the change I was able to block the unwanted weird nasty mouthed one.

i cant sign into to single.net since they updated it .please send me the customer phone number,the site worked great till you people changed it today.why can you just leave things alone when its working, Jerry Emery.now i can sign into it with my user name an passwordwhat is yout customer service phone number ,so that i can call it an talk ed to some one there ,this has happended on december 28th 2012,please chang your siungles.net site back to the was it was prior to december 28th of 2012,this new upgrade totally sucks in my book.Jerry Emery

I hae been trying for 2 day to sign into my account and cannot. There is not phone number that I can call to se whaqt the problem is.

I sent several emails and have not heard qanything back from them. When I type in my password it tells me there is a problem with my account to send an email. I also clicked orgot password and requested my password be reset, but that option does not work.

There should be a phone number to call when problems like this occur. I understand its the weekend but I should be able to access my account

Horrible new website, cant search, can't change any of the settings, I suppose we are confined to the choices they make for us, after all they have the money and credit card number, I am being matched up with people young enough to be a grand child or old enough to be a parent, attempted to change the parameters with out any success, also no choice of what area to do a search, confined to the zip code that was originally registered with, I thought this was a democracy, I guess it is now like a third world country with arranged marriages
